December 7th 2010- Holiday declared for schools and colleges in chennai
It is raining heavily in Chennai from sunday (5th dec,2010) and is still pouring.............On account of heavy rain Govt. declared holiday for schools only. Now Govt. declared holiday for schools and colleges on 7th dec,2010. Anna University has also canceled the exams that was held tomorrow (7th dec,2010).

Opportunity knocks the door only once !!!!!!!! India and CWG
The buzzword for this October in India is the Common Wealth Games.It is held once in 4yrs.But the news surrounding that games is not as enthusiastic as the participants.As far as I heard and read in newspaper about the preparations to host these games,the news reports hurts and makes me to think the position of India because of the present polity.
When heard that India is going to host CWG I thought India will keep its head high after hosting the games.But in the meantime there are and still lots of chaos in hosting and arranging necessary things itself.It is not important to bid,but to deliver excellently,make arrangements and satisfy more than what it had and how it had been before.
It means to me that hosting games in a country is like receiving a guest in our house and make them comfort in all sorts of way.Then I was thinking like what we do when someone is expected to visit or stay in our house as guest............ :) We clean our house only when someone is expected to visit our house :P
When they are leaving our house we are elated with their elegant words as to how we received and served them, which cannot be expressed in words but only felt.When it is so much for a house think how it would be for a country as a whole.It cannot be expressed in terms of words................
Similarly we should receive other nationalities in such a way which will enhance them and also the country thereby establishing and increasing the standard of a country.What happens when we make all kinds of comfort and host the game perfectly?
The countries standard will increase and will get more recognition globally than what it was.The culture,hospitality,infrastructure, the potential to handle and conduct various programmes,the security level,people,food and what not will be noticed.Was very much shocked about the news that CWG bridge was collapsed!!!!!Don't know for what they are working and what they are trying to host.These stories are endless!!!!!!!!!!
All this is because of Corruption(the killer) which is the root cause for a India which is why still it is in developing status and am a mute spectator about the politicians :I .Opportunity knocks the door only once.When we get a chance we should make it happen which will boost our country.There are lot which can be discussed but spitting out some from the heart.

Seminar on Biotech Patents
To celebrate World Intellectual Property day on April 26th,2010 a Seminar on Biotech patents has been organised by "The Tamilnadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University" and "Anand and Anand".The seminar has been initiated to create awareness and disseminate knowledge about intellectual property in our day today life.

LOST AND FOUND ..................
After a long time am into this blogging world and out from lazy world.Back with lots of energy and totally rejuvenated with the incident that happened today.Exactly two days back when I reached home, realised that I lost my wallet :( and got back the same :) today with all items except money.
The Lost and Found story goes like this:
While traveling back to home from college in bus a lady who was trying to cross me ,kept on pushing me for some 10 secs.I thought she caught my bag for support to stand as the bus was running very fast to reach beside me,otherwise she would have fallen.In the blink of an eye she had taken the wallet which I realised only after reaching home.But still it never struck my mind that she would take off my wallet, but was irritated as she was trying to push and cross me.
Reached home safely as I had some money in the lunch bag.Otherwise it would have been bad :( Today the wallet was found by a person who took the effort to trace me with the details available from the wallet and handover it with utmost care.I should thank the person for giving back the found wallet and also the lady.The lady too is good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What if she had destroyed the whole wallet???????? I would have not got back my voter id,pan card,atm card etc.Perhaps I should also thank the lady for just pick pocketing the wallet for money.I am guilty too that I gave nothing to the person other than "Thanks".
While writing this blog I just got again a missed call from that person.Rang back and spoke to him,the person said "I came for you from a long distance spending some 10's and you didn't for a courtesy also ask me whether you will have a coffee or tea????? Also said that I came to return because the same if it had happened to my grand daughter,it would have been bad and I thought you as my grand daughter " !!!!!!!!! I had the intention to give some money or buy things to him,but after seeing my wallet I was so happy that I forgot everything.The person also said that, "my intention is not to get money but you should have an intention not to ignore the person who helped you.Kindly return to them in kind words or buying them some things".
What next,as mentioned above I was guilty,dumbstruck and was thinking what to do.When I was speaking to him,asked him his address so that I could gift him something.But he avoided to give me.Then with hard heart I was again thinking like how to repay his effort and suddenly striked me a thought.I again called back that person and insisted to give me the address by saying a small lie that my marriage is fixed.................and my father asked me to invite you kindly.So to send invitation I am in need of address,after a long hesitation he gave me his address.Am happy now and going to send some gift :) For a good cause telling a lie is nothing to my point of view.I am happy now and will send a gift definitely tomorrow.
I was so stupid to carry all the originals and lazy too to take them out and keep at home safely.Thus, have required money in a small pouch and rest inside the bag.I humbly request everybody to be careful and sharing this story so that others do not commit a mistake that I did.This is a lesson for me to be more careful than ever before.Happy LOST and FOUND..............(not to be continued)
