LOST AND FOUND ..................
The Lost and Found story goes like this:
While traveling back to home from college in bus a lady who was trying to cross me ,kept on pushing me for some 10 secs.I thought she caught my bag for support to stand as the bus was running very fast to reach beside me,otherwise she would have fallen. In the blink of an eye she had taken the wallet which I realised only after reaching home. But still it never struck my mind that she would take off my wallet, but was irritated as she was trying to push and cross me.
Reached home safely as I had some money in the lunch bag.Otherwise it would have been bad :( Today the wallet was found by a person who took the effort to trace me with the details available from the wallet and handover it with utmost care.I should thank the person for giving back the found wallet and also the lady. The lady too is good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What if she had destroyed the whole wallet???????? I would have not got back my voter id,pan card, atm card etc.Perhaps I should also thank the lady for just pick pocketing the wallet for money.I am guilty too that I gave nothing to the person other than "Thanks".
While writing this blog I just got again a missed call from that person.Rang back and spoke to him,the person said "I came for you from a long distance spending some 10's and you didn't for a courtesy also ask me whether you will have a coffee or tea????? Also said that I came to return because the same if it had happened to my grand daughter,it would have been bad and I thought you as my grand daughter " !!!!!!!!! I had the intention to give some money or buy things to him,but after seeing my wallet I was so happy that I forgot everything. The person also said that, "my intention is not to get money but you should have an intention not to ignore the person who helped you.Kindly return to them in kind words or buying them some things".
What next,as mentioned above I was guilty, dumbstruck and was thinking what to do.When I was speaking to him, asked him his address so that I could gift him something. But he avoided to give me.Then with hard heart I was again thinking like how to repay his effort and suddenly striked me a thought.I again called back that person and insisted to give me the address by saying a small lie that my marriage is fixed.................and my father asked me to invite you kindly. So to send invitation I am in need of address, after a long hesitation he gave me his address.Am happy now and going to send some gift :) For a good cause telling a lie is nothing to my point of view.I am happy now and will send a gift definitely tomorrow.
I was so stupid to carry all the originals and lazy too to take them out and keep at home safely. Thus, have required money in a small pouch and rest inside the bag.I humbly request everybody to be careful and sharing this story so that others do not commit a mistake that I did. This is a lesson for me to be more careful than ever before.Happy LOST and FOUND..............(not to be continued)

A Visit To Madras High Court
Madras High court being one of the oldest Courts in India is situated in the heart of the city of chennai. We the final year students of Law college situated beside the Madras HC visited the court premises as a part of our academics. The first thing that I noticed was the buildings of the Courts were built.I was astound to see the structures of Court built in a well planned manner. The super strucutres are just amazing , though built hundreds of years ago.
We were directed by our Professor to observe the court proceedings. He explained us as to how to behave in court hall and observe the proceedings. At times he too joined us to watch the proceedings.
On the very first day we were assigned to observe the proceedings of IInd Assistant Court.Almost every case was passed over. But we were lucky enough to observe a fresh Interlocutory Application trial. After the trial, Judge interacted with us and explained how trials are heard and passed orders. The Judge was so down to earth that we learnt a lot. We can never forget Order 39 Rule 3 of CPC (IA) which was explained by the Judge.First day was quite interesting and the day winded for court visit.
The next day that is second day we were allotted to observe IIIrd Additional City Court proceedings.Cases were passed over i.e adjourned to next hearing.Next we went to observe IXth Additional Court. It is a CBI Court and we found the cases to be interesting when advocates argued.Though we were unable to listen very clearly of arguments, somehow we managed to take some notes as instructed by our Professor.
On the third day , I must mention that this Court is special as it was headed by Hon’ble Chief Justice Ghokale in the Ist Bench of High Court. In this court we were audible to hear the proceedings of court and were able to understand to an extent the nature of cases.I was observing the court proceedings and the interior decorations also . Courts built in those days are simple superb.
Today, the fourth day we were allotted to visit and observe Court Hall-15 headed by Justice . Jaichandaran and Bail court headed by Justice.Shivakumar. In court hall 15 miscellaneous cases were heard and passed over. But the arguments were quite interesting. After sometime we went to Bail court to watch how Bail orders were given. To give Bail order the cases are heard very keenly and only after analyzing, order is passed. Thus fourth day also winded with lot of interesting stuffs.
The last and final day, we were allotted to observe Court-11 presided by Justice.Prabha Sridevan and Justice.T.S.Sivagnanam.In this court miscellaneous petitions were heard and adjudicated. Many of the cases were passed over. Finally our court visit came to and end.
I could observe that the challenging job in the court was done by the advocates. As there are lot of pending cases,Judges main criteria is to dispose of them as soon as possible but the nature of cases do not allow so.Thus it would be necessary to increase the number of courts to dispose the pending cases .
Lower courts are not very strict unlike High Court where proceedings are done in pin drop silence. The cause list in the High Court is prepared for a week which allows the court to dispose of certain number of cases that are pending in for years and years. But in lower courts this is not a kind of practice i.e it is not prepared for a week.
We were inspired by the court proceedings and the challenging job of advocates. The very important stuff that we learn't were as how to behave in the court, with colleagues and the attitude to be built in .Thus Court visit was a great knowledgeable experience that drives us more deep into the noble profession.
Hence I am writing these blogs for my practice and to enhance my writing skills as well. Therefore, this vocabulary software will help to discover the status of written posts .
